Claim your funeral home and receive family requests
Funeral homes are listed on HonestFarewell for free, ranked by price from their own price lists. Claim your home's listing to receive families' callback requests directly and get your new price lists reviewed sooner.
- Callback requests, directly. Requests from up to 5 families a month come straight to you. After that, our team passes them on to you by phone.
- Faster price updates. Your new price lists are reviewed before those of homes without a claim.
- Your details, right. Correct your phone number, website and address.
How it works
How to claim your listing
Step 1 of 3
Sign-up: about 2 minutes
Find your funeral home and sign up
Find your funeral home, then tell us your name, role and phone number. Sign up with Google or a code sent to your work email.
Step 2 of 3
Checking you represent the home: usually within 2 business days
We check
We check that you represent the home. Nothing is sent to you until we have.
We check that your email address ends with the home's web address, or we call the home's public phone number and ask for you by name.
Step 3 of 3
Callbacks on: once we've checked you and your test request arrives
Test your callbacks, and you're live
We send a test request to the email you choose. When it arrives, your free claim turns on. Requests from up to 5 families a month come straight to you. After that, our team passes them on to you by phone.
Optional, once your claim is live
Choose your plan
Basic, Pro or Ultra, monthly or yearly. Prices are plus any sales tax. No setup fee and no minimum term: cancel online any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. You pay only after we have checked that you represent the home.
